I want my money back!

Just paid for this game for my son and right away there are pop-ups for other games! We were trying it out and a pop-up for another game showed up right as we touched the screen to start, and of course the other game opened in the ITunes Store screen. Also ads for candy crush keep popping up! This is terrible!! This is supposed to be a fun learning game not an advertisement. Will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge!
